I led the creative direction and visual content execution for NOVAH Health, focusing on establishing a modern healthcare identity that balances clinical expertise with a welcoming, human-centric feel. In a category often defined by cold, sterile environments, my goal was to position NOVAH as an accessible and premium healthcare destination.
Operating as the primary creative partner, I developed a visual system designed to build immediate trust with patients.

Developed a logomark rooted in the concept of a nova: the energetic convergence point symbolizing care, expertise, and expansion. 
Designed to reflect a healthcare network spanning multiple disciplines. Pathways to healing and improvement through a unique set of variables for patients. The form radiates outward in segmented arcs, each representing a distinct area of practice, unified within a single, cohesive system to communicate collaboration and continuity of care. 
Balancing precision with warmth, the mark was built to feel both structured and human, with a flexible visual language that could scale across specialties, communications, and environments. 
The result is a distinctive identity that captures the collective strength of diverse medical professionals while positioning the brand as a central, guiding force in patient care.

Developed a bespoke suite of digital illustrations to function as an intuitive navigation system, translating each area of care into a distinct yet cohesive visual language. 
Rooted in simplified, human forms, each icon abstracts a specific discipline of the NOVAH services, balancing clarity with character to ensure immediate recognition without sacrificing brand personality. 
The system was designed to scale seamlessly across digital touchpoints, guiding users through a diverse range of services with ease while reinforcing the overarching identity; transforming service navigation into a more engaging, considered experience.

Developed a flexible system of social media templates designed to drive conversation while maintaining a consistent, recognizable brand presence. These templates allowed for rapid content deployment across formats, adapting seamlessly to different messaging needs while preserving a cohesive visual language. 
We used a refreshing humanized voice and messaging that elevated NOVAH's approach.
Thanks to the strong reception and measurable engagement driven by this refreshed messaging, the strategy was subsequently extended across additional paid advertising campaigns, amplifying its reach and reinforcing brand consistency across multiple channels.
